Responsibilities include managing customer pricing, updating vendor pricing, processing cost changes, and ensuring accurate product data. The position is temp to perm with M-F hours and a pay of 26.50 per hour, offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining pricing accuracy and contract data.
• Ability to analyze pricing changes and support billing processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer pricing and contract information to ensure accurate pricing.
• Coordinate vendor and manufacturer pricing updates, including regional and customer-specific programs.
• Process cost changes, promotional allowances, and special pricing agreements.
• Review weekly billing activity related to promotions and gross profit initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve pricing, billing, and item setup discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product setup, and contracts.
