Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in retail.
• Strong experience with POS systems in retail environments.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (business, product, development, support).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze POS processes to identify improvements and system enhancements.
• Translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support POS initiatives including transactions, inventory, payments, and promotions.
• Collaborate with development and QA across the software lifecycle.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirement reviews.
• Perform data analysis to support decisions and reporting needs.
• Assist with UAT, defect tracking, and production validation.
• Support omnichannel retail initiatives aligning in-store and digital experiences.
• Troubleshoot issues with support teams and propose solutions.
