Job summary

Roundy’s Supermarkets, Inc. is seeking a General Plumbing Technician to maintain plumbing systems across multiple retail locations. You will perform drain cleaning, valve repairs, install water heaters, and support daily store operations.

The role requires lifting 25 lbs, teamwork, flexible schedules including nights and weekends, and willingness to travel between stores. Strong PC skills and familiarity with mainframe applications are a plus.

Qualifications

• General plumbing experience in food retail or commercial facilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong PC skills including basic Windows apps and store-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Clean drains, repair/replace valves in toilets, and install/repair commercial water heaters.
• Submit time and vehicle inventory reports via company systems as scheduled.
• Perform preventive maintenance at stores at least twice per year.
• Ensure maintenance expenses meet annual budget guidelines.
