- Manage end-to-end SKU setup, assortment maintenance and accuracy
- Manage the core and replenishment planning process, working to maintain consistent in-stock levels on key items
- Monitor sell-through, inventory turn, and weeks of supply on an ongoing basis, and use that data to recommend reorder quantities and timing
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance of sales, margin, and inventory turns against plan and forecast
- Partner closely with the allocation team to ensure core and replenishment product is distributed appropriately across stores and channels
- Build and maintain the reporting and planning tools our team relies on, primarily in Excel and Google Sheets
- Assist in preparing OTB (open-to-buy) recaps to support the broader planning process
- Contribute to the management of monthly OTB and financial modeling to support company revenue objectives and ensure we are tracking to targets, identifying any opportunities and mitigating risk
- Identify risks and opportunities within assortments, and elevate findings to the senior planning team as needed
- Partner with Merchandising teams to conduct business reviews highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations
- Partner with Wholesale teams to report sales performance and bookings
- Support ad hoc analysis requests from cross-functional partners as they come up
