Job summary

Vince in New York is seeking a Retail Planning role to support cross-channel growth including eCommerce and domestic/international sales. The position focuses on daily planning, reporting, and inventory forecasting within a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail planning, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel skills with analytical problem-solving abilities. Hybrid and flexible work options are available for roles that can be done remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day planning support for divisions to grow across all channels (eCommerce, Domestic & International Full Price + Outlet)
• Create weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal sales reports and recaps
• Assist in automating reporting and run ad hoc reports
• Create daily store manager bonus plans
• Identify and communicate strategic business opportunities
• Monitor store sales and promotion plans
• Forecast inventory levels and manage excess inventory strategies
• Collaborate with Buying, Allocation, Digital, Store Leadership, Visual and Merchandising teams
