Job summary

UNRL is seeking a Head of Integrated Planning to lead Demand, Inventory, Buying, and Merchandise Planning across all product lines. You’ll maximize sales, profitability, and service levels while building scalable processes and a high-performing team.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to synchronize plans with product launches and market demand, driving the company’s growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, inventory planning, supply planning, buying, or merchandise financial planning within apparel/retail.
• 3+ years of leadership experience building, coaching high-performing planning teams.
• Experience leading planning for omnichannel DTC and Wholesale channels.
• Strong ability to improve forecast accuracy, inventory productivity, and product availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Buying, and Merchandise Planning across all product categories.
• Develop forecasts, inventory investment strategies, and buy plans to optimize sales and margin.
• Own inventory health through service levels, turns, weeks of supply, and replenishment across channels.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align investments.
• Lead S&OP process and Open-to-Buy planning.
• Translate demand plans into executable supply plans with production capacity and POs.
