• Delivers courteous and accurate service in the photo department, including digital passport photos and promotions of photo products.
• Owns inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness of the photo department by monitoring levels and ensuring product availability.
• Processes transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with proper cash handling.
• Supports merchandising execution through displays, promotions, and seasonal setups.
• Keeps photo equipment and store systems functioning, and maintains a clean, safe department.
• Collaborates with teammates and supports coverage during photo specialist absences.
