Job summary

Magic Memories is hiring a part-time Retail Photo Operations Assistant Manager in Oklahoma City to greet guests, lead a high-volume souvenir photography operation, and drive sales. The role involves supervision, training, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences at a popular Polar Express attraction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of people management experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• 2 years guest service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create Magic Memories with world-class service.
• Lead a retail team to achieve sales goals.
• Assist in running all operational aspects of a high-volume souvenir photography retail operation.
• Act as lead manager in the absence of the Retail Photography Manager.
• Provide floor supervision and administrative duties to keep guest service and sales on track.
• Develop, train, and motivate staff to meet guest service and financial targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and needs.
• Capture moments through photography and provide memorable souvenirs.
