Job summary

Magic Memories in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a part-time Assistant Retail Photo Manager. You will greet guests, lead a retail team, and oversee operations in a high-volume souvenir photography environment. This role emphasizes guest service excellence, sales growth, and staff development.

You will supervise floor operations, train staff, and ensure smooth daily activities while meeting KPIs. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year people management experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years guest service experience preferred (hospitality, food & beverage, or retail).
• Demonstrated leadership with coaching and performance management.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs in a busy retail environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create Magic Memories by providing world-class service.
• Lead a retail team to achieve sales goals.
• Assist in running all operational aspects of a high-volume souvenir photography retail operation.
• Act as lead manager in the absence of the Retail Photography Manager.
• Provide floor supervision and administrative duties to keep the team focused on guest service and sales goals.
• Develop, train, and motivate staff to achieve guest service and financial results.
