You will complete required training and obtain licensure as per state boards while contributing to a compassionate patient experience. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience, customer service background, and flexibility

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but is not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task and switch between tasks to meet patient and business needs
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner and respond to patient reactions
• Communication Skills: communicate clearly with patients and colleagues
• Mathematical Reasoning: use math to determine days’ supply and quantities
• Problem Resolution: handle challenging interactions and choose the best course of action
• Physical Demands: lift, move, and reach items; see clearly; work on computers and hands-on tasks
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager
