Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for our stores in Tennessee. The role supports the pharmacy team in safe prescription processing, patient care, and service excellence.

You will help with immunizations, inventory, and daily workflows while maintaining compliance with SOPs. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of pharmacy technician experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to comply with state board requirements for licensure/certification.
• State board requirements may require minimum age and education; high school diploma or equivalent often required.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team in delivering safe and efficient prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with immunizations and other patient care services as allowed by law and training.
• Follow SOPs for workflow at production, pickup, drive-thru, and drop-off stations.
• Maintain accurate medication inventory and cycle counts; handle returns-to-stocks per policy.
• Provide empathetic customer service and strive to create positive patient experiences.
• Adapt to scheduling and market needs; travel to stores as needed within the market.
