Job Description

Under pharmacist supervision, supports pharmacy operations including inventory, medication preparation, distribution, compounding, and processing. Assists with medication orders, inventory management, and may help in bulk compounding and IV preparation. Works with staff to minimize medication errors, exercises judgment, and follows policies to resolve issues.

Preferred: 2+ years relevant experience.

Minimum Requirements

• No criminal history affecting drug work eligibility
• Strong math skills
• Knowledge of pharmacy technician duties and procedures
• Effective communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Intermediate typing and Microsoft Office skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician License or intern/extern license if enrolled in pharmacy college
• National Certification required unless enrolled in pharmacy college
