Phelps Health in Missouri is seeking an experienced pharmacy operations supervisor to oversee pharmacy technicians and the 340B contract program. You will manage staffing, workflows, inventory, claims processing, and audits to support efficiency and patient service.

Working with the Pharmacist-in-Charge, you will ensure compliance with state and federal requirements, lead quality improvements, and coordinate audits with HRSA, manufacturers, and insurers.

Competenze

• Two to five years of experience in retail pharmacy operations and 340B contract pharmacy.
• Proficiency in pharmacy information systems and intermediate Excel skills for data analysis.
• Knowledge of insurance billing within pharmacy operations.

Mansioni

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and related staff, including hiring and evaluations.
• Coordinate daily non-clinical pharmacy operations and technician workflows.
• Oversee 340B audits, reconcile claims data, and verify eligibility to prevent issues.
• Prepare for and serve as primary contact for audits of contract pharmacies (HRSA, manufacturers, insurers).
• Manage medication inventory, ordering, and 340B purchasing to prevent shortages.
• Lead improvements and quality initiatives in collaboration with Pharmacy, Finance, and 340B teams.
