Job summary

Mercy Clinic Pharmacy in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Retail Pharmacy Manager to coordinate services at Mercy locations, ensure regulatory compliance, identify drug-related problems, and collaborate with medical staff on protocols to promote safe and cost-effective therapy.

The role requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, 3+ years in ambulatory/retail, 3+ years in management, and active state licensure. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Experience: 3 years in ambulatory/retail pharmacy setting and 3 years in management.
• Licensure: Current applicable state Pharmacist Licensure(s).
• Preferred Certification: State Board of Pharmacy Medication Therapy Services Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Retail Pharmacy Services at assigned Mercy locations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal rules and Mercy standards.
• Identify drug-related problems and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
• Collaborate with medical staff to design and implement pharmaceutical protocols.
• Develop and manage systems promoting safe, cost-effective medication therapy and 340B program.
• Coordinate specialty pharmacy services with other pharmacy leaders.
• Design and coordinate marketing programs to attract and retain customers.
