  • Manage the overall day-to-day pharmacy responsibilities.
  • Review and execute provider's prescriptions.
  • Organize the pharmacy for easier product identification.
  • Maintain full control over medication inventory.
  • Listen carefully to customers and provide information.
  • Maintain patient profiles and history of medications dispensed.
  • Comply with legal rules and regulations.
  • Stay current with HIPAA and Fraud Waste and Abuse credentialing.
  • Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Ensure that the Pharmacy and its employees comply with Federal, State, and Local laws.
  • Direct the daily work of Pharmacy Technicians and provide input into performance evaluations.
  • Manage Pharmacy Technicians' schedules and advise on leave requests or medical accommodations.
