Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Retail Fulfillment Pharmacy Manager to supervise pharmacists, technicians and interns in the outpatient Ackerman fulfillment team. You will oversee daily operations, drive process improvements and ensure quality patient care in a busy specialty setting.

You will lead staffing, orientation and performance evaluations, contribute to strategic budgeting, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards while participating in appropriate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Registered Pharmacist
• 3 years of relevant experience required
• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the outpatient fulfillment pharmacy
• Implement the department's strategic plan and ensure cost-effective pharmaceutical care
• Hire, orient, and evaluate staff pharmacists, technicians, and interns; manage personnel and training
• Maintain compliance with specialty pharmacy accreditation standards and participate in committees
