Kroger Co. in Boulder, CO, is seeking a Pharmacist to fill prescriptions, counsel patients, and provide pharmaceutical care. You will ensure vaccines are administered when needed and maintain regulatory compliance in a fast-paced retail pharmacy.

The role requires a Pharmacy degree, retail experience, and strong math skills. A second language is a plus; on-site schedule with the King Soopers pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Basic math skills required for daily tasks.
• Ability to perform well under stress and manage busy periods.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Second language is a plus for patient counseling.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill customers’ prescription needs with high accuracy.
• Administer vaccines as needed.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and local/state/federal laws.
• Maintain professional image and adhere to dress standards.
• Develop knowledge of trade area, customers, and competition.
• Monitor stock replenishment, inventory, and budgets.
• Maintain records for legal compliance and reporting.
