Qualifications

• Pharmacist must be licensed in the state and able to handle stressful situations.
• Strong math fundamentals are required for dosing and transactions.
• Clear verbal and written communication with patients and staff is essential.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with high accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure pharmacy compliance with federal and state laws (HIPAA included).
• Maintain professional image and adhere to Kroger dress standards.
• Manage stock replenishment, inventory, pricing, and record-keeping.
• Maintain records for scheduled drugs and ensure proper handling of all products.
