You will maintain stock, supervise registration and equipment, and keep meticulous records to support safe patient care and regulatory adherence. A strong focus on service and community trust is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Knowledge of basic math
• Effective oral/written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with accuracy
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care
• Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws (including HIPAA)
• Maintain professional image and adhere to company dress standards
• Know the trade area and competition
• Maintain positive pharmacy department image through service and cooperation
• Monitor inventory, records, security, budgeting, and scheduling
• Maintain records for legal compliance and company policy
• Keep pharmacy area clean and organized
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment
• Maintain policy manuals and staff training on usage
• Ensure proper signage in all areas
• Broaden personal knowledge and pharmacy skills
