Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree and licensure required; continuing education to keep license active.
• 6 months to 1 year of similar or related work experience required.
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred.
• Ability to administer immunizations required.

Responsibilities

• Fill and verify prescriptions and counsel patients in accordance with OBRA '90 and state/federal regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and third-party accounts reconciliation.
• Provide immunizations and maintain HIPAA privacy standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team and store leadership to promote wellness programs.
