Greet customers, maintain registration, comply with laws, manage inventory, supervise technicians, and participate in MTM and immunization programs; the role emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak English fluently and perform math calculations.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide accurate information on prescriptions.
• Maintain pharmacological knowledge and attend educational workshops.
• Comply with state and federal drug laws including HIPAA and FDA regulations.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and security.
• Dispense medications accurately and monitor therapies.
• Promote patient safety and MTM activities.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Ensure staffing for customer experience and adherence to policies.
