Qualifications

• Must possess current unrestricted pharmacist license/registration in state of employment.
• Must possess applicable graduate degrees.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service with accurate prescription information.
• Maintain pharmacological knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
• Comply with state/federal drug laws and HIPAA.
• Manage pharmacy inventory per policy and regulations.
• Ensure security of the Pharmacy Department and patient confidentiality.
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently per prescriptions and regulations.
• Monitor drug therapies and advise on interventions when appropriate.
• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff and supervise technicians.
