The role requires an active NYS pharmacist license and immunization certification. You will process orders, manage inventory, and provide MTM services and immunizations while delivering patient information and guidance to healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Active NYS pharmacist license required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Supervising Pharmacist to enforce policies.
• Accurately process and verify medication orders.
• Manage inventory and purchasing.
• Perform MTM via OutcomesMTM.
• Provide immunizations to qualified patients and maintain records.
• Offer drug information to patients and professionals.
• Lead and delegate tasks to the pharmacy team.
