CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Staff Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations in our retail location in New York. The role emphasizes patient care, immunizations, and collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager to run daily operations effectively.

The ideal candidate holds an active Pharmacist license in the state, an active NPI, and has no DEA exclusions. You will ensure safe dispensing, provide excellent patient counseling, and support the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required trainings within designated timeframes.
• Provide counseling and immunizations; ensure patient safety and accuracy in dispensing.
• Coach and support pharmacy staff; act as proxy for Pharmacy Manager when needed.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
