Qualifications

• 5 year Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy; Licensed and registered Pharmacist in good standing within the state of practice.

• Counsels patients and medical providers regarding drugs, dosages, interactions and side effects.
• Monitors health and progress to ensure compliance and optimize therapies.
• Participates in immunization, MTM, and wellness programs.
• Supervises personnel in daily pharmacy operations and trains interns, technicians, and associates.
• Uses professional judgment in service within pharmacist scope.
• Participates in business development in store and community.
• Engages in continuous quality improvement for patient safety.
• Keeps workstation neat, clean and compliant with standards.
• Completes required continuing education as required by state law.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
