Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Retail Pharmacy Manager, manage retail pharmacy operations for designated site and hourly staff.
• Perform professional duties related to processing prescriptions and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and policies; train and supervise staff as needed.
• Maintain inventory, budgeting for COGs, and pharmacy profitability.
