Job summary

Health West Inc. seeks a Pharmacist to oversee all Retail pharmacy activities, leading operations, compliance, and patient care in a retail setting.

Qualifications

PharmD or bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
Current State license to practice as a pharmacist.
Familiarity with pharmacy software systems.
Preference for prior pharmacy management experience.
Experience with the 340B program is a plus; 340B Apexus ACE Certification preferred (within 12 months).

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical/Retail pharmacy operations and supplies, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Implement policies and procedures for pharmacists, technicians, students, and staff.
Coordinate monthly financial reporting and analysis for the Pharmacy.
Supervise pharmacists or pharmacy students and oversee training.
Oversee the 340B program and ensure program integrity.
