• Preference for prior pharmacy management experience and 340B program experience.
• 340B Apexus ACE Certification preferred (within first 12 months).

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Retail pharmacy operations, services, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations and laws.
• Manage purchasing and supplies for the pharmacy.
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy students, and staff licensing requirements.
• Coordinate monthly financial reporting and analysis for Pharmacy.
• Lead policy implementation and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee 340B program management and training for staff.
