PharmD on Demand is seeking a Retail Pharmacist to join Parrish Medical Center in Titusville, FL on an as-needed basis. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication while upholding patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Current pharmacist licensure in the applicable state(s).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on an as-needed (PRN) schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfills all legal and regulatory requirements, including evaluation, selection, procurement and distribution of drugs, counseling and professional consultation.
• Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as hospital policies.
• Interprets physician medication orders.
• Represents the hospital and PharmD on Demand in a positive and professional manner.
• Maintains customer confidentiality at all times.
• Complies with organizational policies regarding ethical business practices.
• Exercises sound judgment in decision-making.
• Interacts effectively with diverse individuals.
• Maintains professionalism in all situations.
• Uses time effectively and efficiently.
