Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro in the Vienna, VA area. You will leverage GAS2 selling to assist DIY customers, meet sales targets, and perform services such as battery installations and wiper replacements.

You will operate store systems, handle parts lookup, and maintain a high standard of customer service while working with team members across shifts. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

• Proven sales ability and customer service experience in retail.

The role has expert knowledge of store systems, advanced automotive system knowledge and part knowledge. This role has the ability for advanced identification, trouble shooting and project assistance for DIY customers. The role has the ability to source from numerous places including special order, FDO, second source, etc. The role has in-depth knowledge of the store inventory and maintenance processes.
