Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in Virginia to support advanced DIY customer needs, perform battery installations and tests, and drive store sales while maintaining high service standards. The role requires strong parts knowledge, inventory handling, and the ability to operate POS systems.

Experience in automotive parts and a valid driver's license are essential, ASE preferred. The position is full-time with flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends.

The role has expert knowledge of store systems, advanced automotive system knowledge and part knowledge. This role has the ability for advanced identification, trouble shooting and project assistance for DIY customers. The role has the ability to source from numerous places including special order, FDO, second source, etc. The role has in-depth knowledge of the store inventory and maintenance processes.
