Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in Leesburg, VA to deliver expert automotive parts guidance and DIY services. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, perform battery installations and other services, and help maintain store organization and safety.

The role emphasizes sales achievement, knowledge of auto systems, and proficiency with store systems and POS. ASE certification is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

The role has expert knowledge of store systems, advanced automotive system knowledge and part knowledge. This role has the ability for advanced identification, trouble shooting and project assistance for DIY customers. The role has the ability to source from numerous places including special order, FDO, second source, etc. The role has in-depth knowledge of the store inventory and maintenance processes.
