Job summary

A leading auto parts retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Parts Pro in Somerset, Kentucky. The ideal candidate brings strong automotive knowledge, sales experience, and superior customer service skills. Responsibilities include assisting customers, managing store inventory, and performing DIY services. Candidates should have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and effective communication abilities. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Speak and write English effectively; Spanish a plus.
• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services, including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
