Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Erlanger, Kentucky is seeking a Retail Parts Pro. This full-time role requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include assisting DIY customers, managing inventory processes, and achieving sales goals. Candidates should have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and be able to communicate effectively in English. ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.

Skills

Working knowledge of automotive systems

Speak and write English

Strong organizational skills

Ability to locate and stock parts

Expert at testing and diagnostic equipment

Advanced selling skills

Education

Valid driver's license

ASE Certification Preferred
