Job summary

A leading automotive retailer in Kentucky is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This full-time position requires expertise in automotive systems and strong sales abilities. Responsibilities include assisting DIY customers, managing inventory processes, and ensuring store standards. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and possess a valid driver's license. ASE Certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
