What is a Retail Parts Pro?

A professional sales position supporting advanced functions within the DIY automotive parts business. Requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive systems, and parts. Responsible for advanced identification, troubleshooting, sourcing, and project assistance for DIY customers. Full-time position.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls
2. Achieve personal and store sales and service goals
3. Manage DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installs
4. Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
5. Perform key holder duties including task assignment, safety, and opening/closing

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Assist with inventory processes like truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock
2. Ensure store cleanliness
3. Provide DIY services including battery and wiper installations
