What is a Retail Parts Pro?

A professional-level sales position supporting advanced functions of the DIY business. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive systems, and parts. Responsibilities include advanced identification, troubleshooting, project assistance for DIY customers, sourcing parts from various channels, and maintaining store inventory. This is a full-time position.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls
2. Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
3. Manage DIY services such as battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
4. Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
5. Key holder duties including task assignment, safety, and opening/closing the store

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Assist with inventory processes like truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock
2. Ensure store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, and parking lot
3. Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing

Prior Experience
