Overview

As a Part Time Retail Store Associate at Office Depot, your role is vital to our success. You will engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, creating a positive shopping experience while driving sales.

In this position, you will actively connect with customers, address their needs, and recommend products, services, and solutions. You will help foster a vibrant sales culture, maintain store standards, support logistics, and prioritize customer satisfaction. Training will be provided in technology and print products/services to ensure effective assistance. The role emphasizes sales, service, and operational excellence, especially in Print and Technology areas.

The position may require periodic background checks.

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Engage proactively with customers, promote sales, and stay informed about promotions and loyalty programs.
• Store Operations: Maintain store appearance, organize merchandise, manage freight, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $17.95 to $20.00 per hour, with potential adjustments based on local minimum wages. Benefits include 401(k), competitive pay, and growth opportunities. Incentive programs are available.
