Overview

Training in technology and print products/services will be provided to ensure you can assist customers effectively. Primary Responsibilities

1. Customer Centric Experience:
   • Proactively acknowledge and engage every customer to support a positive experience.
   • Utilize sales programs to promote solutions and additional products/services.
   • Stay informed about advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
2. Store Operations:
   • Maintain store and print department appearance according to guidelines.
   • Ensure proper signage, labeling, and merchandise presentation.
   • Follow sorting and stocking procedures, complete freight activities, and organize freight areas.
   • Investigate and replenish inventory as needed daily.
3. Print and Tech Expertise:
   • Develop product knowledge through training and ongoing education, including certifications if required.
4. Sales Techniques:
   • Follow company policies and support loss prevention efforts.
   • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to access information digitally.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately for documentation and inventory.

Additional Information
