Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain store and print department appearance per guidelines.

• Follow sorting and stocking procedures, manage freight, and organize inventory areas.
• Print and Tech Knowledge:
• Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through training, including certifications if required.
• Sales Techniques:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support loss prevention efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use technology for information and documentation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to establish relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately for documentation and inventory processing.
