Job Description

Fabletics Retail is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate to provide a best-in-class retail experience. You will use cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and retail stores. Collaborate with the Store Manager, supervisors, and a team of personable associates to help our Customers Live their Passion. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic individual comfortable engaging with the public. Join a tight-knit team working together to meet ambitious goals and drive the business forward.

This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embark on embodying our culture and values, sharing insights with customers on how to Live their Passion.
• Actively engage customers by providing knowledge about our fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value to the customer journey.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Ensure safety and security standards are upheld, and report potential issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory boxes weighing 10-30 lbs as required.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, employees, and partners.
• Ability to work well with large teams.
• Positive attitude, energetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated and effective communicator.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Flexible with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, and stand for extended periods; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing.
• Applicants must be 18 or older.
