Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various store areas as needed.

1. Model excellent customer service practices with all customers
2. Support and promote a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect
3. Process customer transactions accurately, including purchases and returns, and provide correct change
4. Encourage participation in credit and loyalty programs
5. Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale according to company procedures
6. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
7. Contribute to a safe environment by supporting safety initiatives and maintaining organizational standards
8. Support store shrink reduction efforts
9. Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations
