Job summary

Framebridge is seeking a qualified Store Manager for our New York retail store. You will lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure seamless coordination with manufacturing for omni-channel operations.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, develop store processes to meet revenue and service targets, and proudly represent Framebridge in all customer interactions. Prior experience in retail leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Proven leadership with a minimum of 3 years as a Store Manager in a customer-facing setting.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of positive results.
• Adaptable and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in retail stores.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train retail team members.
• Develop and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure seamless omni-channel operations.
• Provide product knowledge and design advice to customers and train staff accordingly.
• Coordinate in-store events with Framebridge marketing team.

As a Store Manager of Framebridge you will:

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train great retail team members
• Develop, execute, and continuously improve operational activities in our retail stores to ensure customer experience and financial goals are met
• Work closely with manufacturing facility to ensure seamless omni channel operations
• Apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with our customers and coach retail team members
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train retail team members to do the same
• Coordinate in-store events with the Framebridge marketing team
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve our retail experience
• Help Framebridge deliver on our 100% happiness guarantee
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends that meet the needs of the business

Who you are:

• Experience managing in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Store Manager in a customer-facing sales or hospitality setting
• Excited about building, developing, and coaching a high-performing retail team
• An engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track-record of delivering positive business results
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment
• Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes
• Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
