Framebridge is seeking a part-time Design Consultant for our 76th and 3rd store. In this role you will guide customers through the custom framing process, delivering an exceptional in-store experience. The position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet store needs.

You will apply design expertise, build relationships, and represent Framebridge with warmth and professionalism as you help customers frame their cherished pieces.

The Role

We're seeking a Design Consultant who will bring creativity, warmth, and a customer-first attitude to our store team. As a passionate advisor on the floor, you'll guide customers through the custom framing process while delivering the kind of experience that keeps them coming back. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to perform the following physical tasks on a regular basis:

• Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Light lifting (up to 30 lbs) — carrying frames, supplies, or packaging materials
• Bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed in a retail or production environment

Salary Information

The base range is $18 – $18 per hour, Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
