Framebridge in Williamsburg is seeking a part-time Keyholder to lead with energy, customer focus, and brand pride on the floor. You’ll hold key-holding responsibilities, mentor teammates, and help ensure a stellar guest experience while meeting store goals.

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train retail team members to do the same
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment

The Role

We're seeking a Keyholder who will bring energy, leadership, and a customer-first attitude to our store team. As a trusted leader on the floor, you'll take on key-holding responsibilities while delivering the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back. This role reports to the Store Manager. • Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to perform the following physical tasks on a regular basis:
• Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Light lifting (up to 30 lbs) — carrying frames, supplies, or packaging materials
• Bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed in a retail or production environment

Salary Information

The base range is $20 – $20 per hour, Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location. Framebridge, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role at the time of posting. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and location. This range may be modified in the future.
