Job summary

Fabletics is hiring a Part-Time Store Associate for our Westfield Old Orchard location in Skokie, IL. You will support customers across online and in-store journeys, engage with shoppers, and work with a dynamic team led by the Store Manager.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication, and a passion for active lifestyles. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with an attractive hourly wage and employee perks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function of products.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance customer shopping experience.
• Meet and strive to exceed store objectives related to performance and sales.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 lbs.
