Job summary

Sephora CA-Folsom (1190) is seeking an Operations Associate to help keep store operations running smoothly, from inventory control to visual merchandising and daily support for client experiences.

As part of a full-time, hourly role, you’ll help manage stock, assist with promotional setups, and collaborate with the team to hit sales goals while fostering a welcoming environment for all customers and colleagues in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to deliver outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
