Job summary

Sephora Knoxville is seeking an Operations Associate to be the backbone of the store, handling inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure a smooth, client-focused experience.

You will collaborate with a team in a fast-paced retail environment, manage daily operations, support sales goals, and uphold Sephora standards while promoting inclusivity and a safe shopping atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or client-focused experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to support stock replenishment and merchandising.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations including inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups and events.
• Deliver exceptional service and help achieve sales goals.
