Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership through work, student organizations, athletics, volunteering, or similar activities.

• Ability to travel within assigned host markets during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 10-week rotational leadership experience across key areas of Pilot's operations.
• Support daily store operations, team leadership, guest service, and operational execution.
• Shadow and learn from store, regional, and divisional leaders to understand Pilot's leadership culture.
• Explore cross-functional areas including store operations, food ops, HR, and field support functions.
• Complete a capstone project with recommendations to support business objectives.
• Build relationships with leaders and mentors to support professional growth during the internship.
• Create a personalized career development and conversion plan for future leadership opportunities.
