Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of documented retail or customer service experience; prior management experience is preferred.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Competency with basic computer operations and POS platforms.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in high-volume retail.
• Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising principles preferred.
• Proven ability to direct and motivate team toward objectives.
• Excellent organizational skills and prioritization of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with the Store Manager, ensuring company standards.
• Direct, train, and supervise team members to meet performance metrics.
• Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising per specs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization and adherence to policies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues per protocol.
• Develop and manage work schedules and monitor team hours.
• Execute loss prevention protocols and store security measures.
• Evaluate sales data and implement performance improvements.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives to support sales objectives.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
